Dr Elnaz Aliakbari is a Registered Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry. She has  completed a Masters degree in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Bristol.

Ellie completed her 3 year specialty training in children’s dentistry/pediatric dentistry  at the Leeds Dental Institute.  As an honorary lecturer she taught both undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Leeds. Ellie has presented at national and international conferences and published widely in scientific journals. She has been awarded national and international prizes from the British Society of Paediatric Dentistry and European Academy of Paediatric Dentistry.

Ellie (as she is known as by our staff, patients and friends) has recently joined the dental team at Carisbrook Dental Care providing all aspect of dental treatments for children.

Ellie has a special interest in managing children who are anxious, medically compromised or who have suffered dental trauma and provides Inhalation Sedation safely and effectively to help them relax if required.  Ellie is particularly skilled at managing children who are “ anxious or scared of dentists”, especially those who had had bad experiences in the past.
