During the first lockdown it was very noticeable that some patients who were experiencing minor dental problems were putting off making an appointment because of covid infection fears.

Months later we are now seeing the devastating effects of these delays. What were originally minor problems such as a small cavity that could quickly and easily be overcome by a simple filling, had by now become a far more serious issue that required more complex dental procedure such as root canal treatment, a crown or even a tooth extraction.
